At The Yoga Place, we offer a variety of classes to accommodate students of all ages, levels of experience and abilities. Classes are taught in the Iyengar method, which emphasizes proper body alignment and a balance between flexibility, strength, endurance and relaxation. Instructors frequently use props, including blocks, blankets, belts and chairs to make yoga poses accessible for all students.
